  • Do you deliver?
    We do not offer delivery service. You may collect your order in person or arrange for pickup through delivery service providers. We highly recommend you to collect cupcakes and cake in person so that it reaches you safely.
  • How far in advance should I place an order?
    The earlier the better. We suggest you to place regular orders at least 3 days in advance, and customised orders at least 10 days in advance.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Mobile Wallets, UPI, Net banking, Debit cards and Credit cards.
  • Do you provide COD?
    No, we work on pre-order basis. Full payment must be made to confirm your order.
  • I am unable to place an order. What do I do?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. To cancel your order, write to us at hello@happienjoy.com. If orders are cancelled within the specified time, proportionate refund will be provided. Please check our refund policy for more details.
  • How do I place a custom or bulk order?
    For custom order, we suggest you to fill and submit this form. We will get back to you with a price quote at the earliest possible. For bulk order, please write to us at hello@happienjoy.com.
  • Are all your products eggless?
    Most of our products are eggless. Eggless products are labelled with "VG" in this page.
  • How do I store your products?
    For cakes, cupcakes & cakesicles – we suggest you to refrigerate immediately. If not, please store them in an air-conditioned room. Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. However, brownies with frosting should be refrigerated immediately. We suggest you to keep the brownies out of refrigerator for an hour before consumption as they taste the best at room temperature.
  • Can I return your products?
    No, all our desserts are fragile. Hence, we advise you to be careful with them. Once the order is picked up from us, we cannot guarantee the safety of the product.
  • Can I customise your products?
    Yes, we suggest you to fill and submit this form. We will get back to you with a price quote as soon as we can.

  • When will my order ship?
    Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Can I return your product?
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@happienjoy.com with your order number and a unboxing video of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
